Please note that assessment slots are limited, depending on how many volunteers we have on the day. When you arrive, please check the notice on the door which will show how many people we are able to see that day, which may save you queueing unnecessarily.

We carry out pre-booked face-to-face appointments on Friday mornings (no sessions during July and August). Call into the Family Centre or ring them on 01689 844277 to book an appointment.

Assessment appointments are allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Once all appointments are taken, a Reception service will be operated. Appointment slots are often filled very quickly - we advise you to arrive early.
