The postholder will have prime responsibility for ensuring delivery of the five day a week benefits caseworker service with support from the generalist adviser/support worker. The postholder will be expected to offer outreach appointments at the Macmillan Centres at Croydon University and Epsom & St Helier Hospitals.
You will need at least two years in depth experience as a trained welfare benefits Citizens Advice caseworker or equivalent. Own transport is desirable as there is a requirement to undertake outreach appointments. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
