Drop - in for advice Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays     10 am - 12 noon

When you arrive, you will be briefly seen by a Supervisor, who will decide on the most appropriate way of helping you to resolve your problem.  You will then either be assisted to find the information you need, be seen by an assessor or an appointment may be made for you to see an adviser.  If you have any paperwork regarding your issue, please remember to bring it with you.

If you have already told us about your issue , we will update your case and arrange the next step towards helping you to resolve your problem.  It may save you time if you call in after the rush at 10am or, if we have asked you to drop in paperwork and we are closed, you can ring the bell and we will copy it for you.  Please ensure you keep your original documents.

 

Drop-in service for advice in British Sign Language for deaf people - Mondays   10am - 4pm

Deaf clients can get advice and information in British Sign Language on Mondays by calling in.  Advice is provided by an adviser from the Royal Association for Deaf People.
